GURGAON: A man was allegedly beaten up in a dispute over parking outside a house in Sector 40 on Wednesday. a FIR A case was filed on Friday night in this incident.
Anoy BatraA resident of Sector 48 said he went to a clinic in Sector 40 for an appointment around 5.45 pm and parked his car in front of a house on the road.
“After 10-15 minutes, the house owner started shouting and abusing me for parking my car there. I said I will move the car. But when I went out to move my car, he pushed me. He even hurled blows at me but I defended myself,” Batra told the police.
Batra called the police on 100 and went inside the clinic. A few minutes later, some 2-3 men entered the hospital and started beating him, he alleged.
Doctors and the owner of the clinic tried to intervene, but they too were allegedly pushed away.
An FIR was registered at Sector 40 police station under sections 323 (punishment for causing voluntary hurt), 34 (common intention) and 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation). IPC.
