[ad_1]

A housing society in Gurugram is set to suffer the same fate after the massive demolition of Supertech Twin Towers in Noida earlier this year. One of the towers near Chintel Paradiso Society in Gurugram, which was investigated earlier, is slated for demolition. According to a decision by the Gurugram authorities, Tower D of the Chintel Paradiso apartment complex will soon be demolished, much like the Noida Twin Towers. In this regard, the city management is in touch with the Noida administration.

Similar explosives and demolition methods like those used to bring down the towering twin towers in Uttar Pradesh’s Noida are expected to be used to bring down Tower D at Chintel Paradiso. Be aware of the causes of Gurugram building destruction.

Why is the Chintel Paradiso building being destroyed?

After a section of Gurgaon’s Chintel Paradiso condominium collapsed, Tower D was named the “killer” tower. Two persons were killed and many others injured when the roof of the building collapsed on the sixth floor. A team of experts from IIT Delhi was sent to investigate the building after the fatal incident on February 10, 2022. It was determined that Tower D of Chintel Paradiso has an unsafe structure because of the poor quality materials chosen to build the structure.

Chintel Paradiso Society is located in Sector 109, Gurugram, Haryana. More than 10 families were trapped in the rubble after the roof of the fifth and sixth floors collapsed and the NDRF managed to rescue them. The skyscraper has a total of 50 apartments. Tower D will be removed in a manner similar to the demolition of the Noida Twin Towers following an agreement with the occupiers of the building and residential complex.
