The TVS modified Apache RR 310 has set a new quarter-mile record at the Valley Run 2022. TVS Racing’s Jagan Kumar clocked 11.523 for the second quarter mile at the event in Aamby Valley, Pune, beating the previous record. TVS introduced the specially modified Apache RR 310 at this year’s event.

The drag-tuned, turbocharged TVS Apache RR 310 with a revised engine produces almost twice the power of the street version of the bike.

The specially designed bike is equipped with an electronically controlled turbocharger, titanium connecting rods and titanium valves and lightweight pistons. Other modifications include carbon wheels, aerodynamically efficient carbon bodywork, and according to TVS the revised engine produces almost twice the power of the stock bike.

According to TVS, the specially designed drag bike has reduced the length, reduced the center of gravity for a more stable effect and reduced weight under high acceleration. The bike has an extended wheelbase, with the help of an extended swingarm which is said to effectively help move the CG position forward and prevent the wheels from spinning. The bike also has a programmable and closed electronic system with quick control and start.
