The recall, issued by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), urges all pregnant or breastfeeding women to stop using the bottle and pill immediately because it contains fennel seed extract, which is not safe.
The product is also not recommended for children under 12 years of age
“It’s just a branding issue based on old stock, nothing to do with the product itself,” he said.

Under Australian law, any listed drug containing fennel seed extract must carry three warnings urging the above groups to stay away from the product.
“A recent investigation by the TGA revealed that these warnings were not included on the labels of some batches of Detox + Debloat,” the TGA said in the recall.
Affected lot numbers are: B23434, B23441, B23462, B23463, B23485, B211091, B211111, B211161, B211231 and B211341.
Anyone who has the bottle is encouraged to check its serial number.
“Fennel seeds contain a chemical component that is not safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women and is not recommended for children under 12.”
