Earlier this year, Samsung partnered with LumaTouch to bring the popular LumaFusion video editing app to the Galaxy Tab S8. Now, LumaFusion is finally available on other Android and ChromeOS devices, meaning you can install it on your Galaxy Tab series device and Galaxy Chromebook.

At the time of launch, LumaFusion was exclusive to the Galaxy Tab S8 series, and the company promised to bring it to other Android tablets soon. Nine months after its launch, the video editing app is finally available for other Galaxy (and other Android) tablets and even Chromebooks. However, it is still in early access, so there may be some bugs. The app costs $20 during the trial period, but the stable version will cost $30 when it launches.

LumaFusion is a highly rated video editing app popular on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. It supports up to 12 tracks (six video and six audio tracks), magnetic timeline, preset effects, custom effects and cut/copy/paste across projects. It also supports green screen, luma and chroma keys, blur, distortion and color styles. It supports slow motion videos and video from 18fps to 240fps. It also brings full Storyblocks integration for paid audio-visual elements.

It offers different fonts and adjustments for text, speed effects, keyframe audio levels and an equalizer for audio and automatic transitions of music during dialogues. The application can import data from the device, USB connected storage and various popular cloud storage services (Box, Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive). If you’re a video editor, try LumaFusion on your Samsung smartphone, tablet, or Chromebook.
