All revealed as part of the Google Play Console listing
While the Android tablet space has been small over the past few years, the ongoing resurgence continues with Lenovo staking a claim as one of the major players alongside the upcoming Pixel tablet and Samsung’s wide range of options. A new leak has revealed a product called the Lenovo Tab Extreme, and it appears to be the flagship successor to the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro.
The Tab Extreme has not been officially unveiled by Lenovo, but it has appeared as part of the Google Play Console with the model number TB570FU. It was spotted by our friends at XDA Developers. It’s accompanied by a picture of a tablet that, despite its “Extreme” name, doesn’t have a rugged design.
In addition to the renders of the tablet, we’ve also heard a few specs, including last year’s MediaTek Dimensity 9000. There will be a version with 8GB of RAM and we don’t know yet if there will be other variants. We don’t know the size of the display yet, but we do know that it will have a resolution of 3000 x 1876.

Another thing we know about the tablet is that it will come with Android 13 on board, which could make it one of the first tablets to launch with the software on board. Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S8 series is currently being updated to Android 13, but we’re yet to see the tablet launch with the software on board.
The Lenovo Tab Extreme looks to be a flagship-level device to compete with the Galaxy Tab S8 and the upcoming Google Pixel Tablet. We’d love to hear more details on this before making a full judgement, but it’s good that Lenovo is taking the Android tablet space seriously. The name might be a little silly, but it’s an interesting addition to the Android tablet space.
