Try to retrieve the SMS message from another device
Last but not least, if you’ve tried everything and still don’t receive an SMS code, try logging in and requesting an SMS code using a different device. For example, if you’re using your iPhone or Android device, try logging in with a browser on your computer. Sometimes, a login request from a different device is all you need to get the code. Be careful to stay on the same Wi-Fi network, though, if possible – if you’re sending login requests from multiple networks, that’s a red flag that Instagram may block logins to account.
