Delhi-NCR Weather AQI Live: Smog choked Delhi-NCR on Thursday with air quality in the critical category in several parts of the National Capital Region, Greater Noida and Faridabad. Residents of Delhi and surrounding areas have started complaining of several health problems like difficulty breathing, cold, sore throat, itching and watery eyes as people wake up to another thick blanket of hazardous smog. AQI near Delhi Airport T3 was 333, while in Noida it was 393 Air quality in Gurgaon, Noida and Ghaziabad remained at the upper end of the ‘very poor’ category today. Pollution levels in Delhi and NCR continue to worsen with agricultural fires and weather conditions that have spurred construction. However, the Center for Science and Environment (CSE) reported that cars contribute half of the PM 2.5 pollution from local sources in Delhi around Diwali.
