Dear PC Doctor:

We have a TCL Roku TV and I want to move it to another room in our house. I’m hesitant to take it out, as the setup took a while and we have a few different streaming services that all have different usernames and passwords.

Will I have to re-enter all that information again when the TV is in a new room, or will the logins continue? It will be the same wireless connection.

This bugged me so I reached out to TCL Customer Support. Here’s what they had to say: “You don’t need to worry. Moving the TV from one room to another will not affect what is already set in it. The only time you’ll need to enter all your credentials into the TV is when you factory reset it.”
