Food delivery app Zomato took to its official Twitter handle and made fun of the Twitter trend.

Considering all the trends, food delivery app Zomato took its official Twitter handle and created a joke. The app’s tweet reads, “Don’t worry, if twitter shuts down you can still follow us on insta.” Boycott Zomato has appeared many times before on Twitter.

The tweet by Zomato has now gone viral. “You’re being bullied in the stock market,” one Twitter user wrote. Another wrote, “Iska matlab tu kabhi sudhrega nahi lagta hai baba. Jo logon ko advance main bata raha hai main koi kand karne wala hoon.”
Earlier, the app issued an apology after its latest ad featuring Hrithik Roshan got into trouble for offending Hindu sentiments for insulting the famous Mahakal temple. In a recent post, Roshan was heard saying, “Thaali khane ka mann tha, Mahakaal se manga liya (want to have a plate of food, so I will order from Mahakaal)”. Also known as Mahakal temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, it is among the 12 Jyotirlingas in the country. It attracts tourists from all over the world.
“It’s true that they make good money mocking Hinduism and as innocent as it is, we need to go beyond apologizing for what I believe in and not get away with it,” wrote one person at on Twitter when he shared the post on the social media platform. A lot of accusations have been made against the food delivery app on social media, which has caused the online delivery app to apologize and issue an explanation. There were also complaints from the priests of the Mahakal temple.
