TVS Supply Chain Solutions has renewed its contract with United Kingdom-headquartered Dennis Eagle Ltd, thereby adding value to its after-sales service, the city-based company said on Wednesday.

The integrated solutions provider said it will renew its business agreement with Dennis Eagle Ltd for a period of five years from 1 July 2023.

Dennis Eagle is involved in the design and manufacture of waste collection vehicles in the United Kingdom and over 16 years of business relationships highlight the results-oriented delivery model of TVS Supply Chain Solutions.

The contract renewal will continue to add value to the aftermarket service and parts supply at Dennis Eagle, a company statement said here.

“Our strong relationship with Dennis Eagle, over the past 16 years, and the extension of this agreement demonstrates our commitment to aligning our customers’ business needs with efficiency, and a partnership-based approach,” said TVS Supply Chain Solutions managing director Ravi. Viswanathan said.

”We believe our strengths and use of cutting edge technology have helped us strengthen our relationships with our customers as we continue to deliver value,” he said.

The aftermarket service offered by TVS Supply Chain Solutions United Kingdom for Dennis Eagle includes product data management, sourcing, procurement and supplier management among others.

Dennis Eagle Ltd, interim president and marketing director Geoff Rigg said, ”We have worked successfully with TVS SCS for over 16 years and they are one of our closest suppliers. TVS SCS provides planning and operational expertise that allows us to focus on our customers.” Importantly for Dennis Eagle there are parts available for next day delivery and TVS SCS procurement expertise has continued to maintain this through recent supply disruptions, outperforming their competitors,” he said.
