TVS Credit Crowns Winners of EPIC Season 4 Campus Challenge | Tech Reddy

TVS Credit has announced the winners of the recently concluded EPIC Season 4 campus challenge. The EPIC (Enrich – Perform – Innovate – Challenge) program was launched in 2019 with the aim of encouraging young minds to unleash their creativity and solve problems posed by a series of individual and group challenges. Through this program, the company was able to build a strong employer reputation and use this platform to select the best students for the summer internship and management trainee program. Programs like these also help foster collaboration between industry and academia which helps bridge the skills gap and provide better opportunities for students in terms of career opportunities.

Over the past four years, through collaboration with campus ambassadors and academic institutions, EPIC has connected with thousands of students who have participated in Analytics, Finance, IT, and Strategy challenges. These participants had the opportunity to be mentored by the senior leaders of TVS Credit through its Masterclass sessions.

Season 4 saw the highest enrollment ever with 40,000+ students from over 2900 colleges. This year a total of 49 teams presented their solutions for the Grand Round on November 17, 2022. Finally, the participants had the opportunity to interact with Mr. Ashish Sapra, CEO of TVS Credit. The top winners received prizes worth Rs 10 Lakh.
