SIAM (Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers) has revealed the October sales figures for the Indian two-wheeler market. And in this story, we’re going to tackle the top five petrol motorcycles sold in the last month.

Starting the list is the Honda Activa range. The Japanese scooter continues to be the top choice in India, with a total of 2,10,623 units sold in October 2022. It is also followed by the TVS Jupiter range with a record 77,042 unit sales. Compared to October 2021 figures, TVS sold nearly 5,000 units last month.
Suzuki Access 125, TVS Ntorq, and Honda Dio took the third, fourth, and fifth positions. Access traded in 49,192 units of sales while Ntorq and Dio recorded 31,049 units and 24,134 units respectively. Overall, all scooters except the Honda Dio saw a significant increase in sales in October 2022 compared to the corresponding month of last year.
