Lenovo is taking Android tablets seriously by the day. It already had an interesting offer on the P12 Pro, but it’s probably due for a successor, and it’s now leaked via the Google Play Console.

Ladies and gentlemen, meet the upcoming Lenovo Tab Extreme. The name, perhaps surprisingly, is enough here, as this will be the first tablet to be powered by MediaTek’s high-end Dimensity 9000 chipset.

The Lenovo Tab Extreme will be the first tablet powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 9000 SoC.

And that’s not the only top-shelf feature on offer. The Tab Extreme also has a 3000×1876 resolution display (although the size is unknown) and 8GB of RAM in one iteration. It’ll run Android 13 from day one, which is great to see, but it’s still unclear when “day one” will be.

If it launches before May (when the Pixel Tablet is expected to drop), it could be the first Android tablet to run the latest version of the OS. The Lenovo Tab Extreme has the model number TB570FU, and as you can see from the image linked to the listing above, it has very thin bezels (for a tablet), and the front camera barely fits. inside the top. Hopefully other specs will be revealed soon, now the floodgates are open.
