An Instagram clip shows a man being stabbed in the chest, then punching a heart so far that it breaks a hospital window and falls onto the patient’s chest. (during heart transplant surgery).
The clip is from a Telugu movie Hrudaya Kaleyam (Directed by Steven Shankar). And it seems to defy all the laws of physics and biology. This is exactly why netizens can’t contain the sass.
