Migos member Takeoff’s younger brother, rapper YRN Lingo, paid tribute to his fallen sibling on Monday (Nov. 28) in a lengthy Instagram post in which he looked back on the huge impact of Case (born Kirsnick Khari Ball), 28, his life.

“Dude, I don’t even know where to start, I honestly can’t believe it,” Lingo wrote in a multi-page post that featured family photos of the brothers and their mom. over the years and the last movie of them. as an adult. “My brother, my right hand, my half, my twin. “I hate that I have to go on with my life without you here, I wish I could stop time and wait, but I know what’s not going to happen,” he he wrote. “There are so many things I will miss about you, I could name them but it would be a long list. I looked up to you more than anyone on this earth, I will never stop look at you.

Lingo vowed to “carry” Takeoff’s name for the rest of his life, calling himself the disciple of Takeoff’s teacher. “You thought [sic] to me things bring me places [a] Most people can say that they have never seen or heard anything that happened to you when it came to family and money,” he wrote. “You always lived in your way you didn’t bother anyone. Quiet, but very well spoken and a very HUMBLE GIANT.”

Calling his brother one of God’s “pureest angels,” Lingo said he’s still trying to wrap his head around the battle, asking his brother to help guide him. he’s in this “hell on earth, because it’s hard, it’s hard not to. you bro,” he said, listing the little things he’ll miss, including changing someone up and watch a movie with Takeoff’s wise advice to pay attention to the details.

“I have to pay attention to your book now, to think before I speak, to love family before people and to put my faith in God,” he said. he wrote it. “I will see you again one day in heaven brother and my grandmother. I will take care of Mama and Rangi down here. Take it that you have accomplished your mission and more. You will always be in my heart, our hearts.
