JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, one of the most sought after 5-star luxury hotels in Mumbai has announced the appointment of Sachin Shet as Hotel Manager. Sachin brings over 21 years of extensive experience in hospitality, having held leadership roles in luxury hotels across India.
An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering, Goa, Sachin has previously headed multiple hotels as General Manager, Alila Hotels & Resorts, Goa and Lebua Hotels & Resorts, Uttarakhand. Sachin’s experience also includes overseeing the operations of 254 super luxury residences as General Manager at DLF Limited, Gurgaon, before which he worked with prestigious brands such as The Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts and Taj Hotels. He holds the Business World Hotelier Award for ‘Best EAM Food & Beverage (National Level) 2017’, besides multiple certification and training programs where he had the opportunity to hone his managerial skills.
In his new role at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, Sachin will lead a dynamic team to sustain the hotel’s identity as one of India’s iconic hotels. With his innovative approach and leadership style, Sachin will play a key role in overseeing all departmental operations and facilitating operational growth, ensuring seamless management and enhanced guest experience. Additionally, his strong food and beverage background spanning 18 years will help the hotel’s individual restaurant and bar operations deliver optimal results, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
