Piers Morgan has called David Walliams “the worst fraud on TV” after the star apologized for making the offensive remark. Britain’s Got Talent candidates.

The broadcaster measured back The Guardian reports that Walliams made comments about contestants during a taping of an episode of the ITV comedy show at the London Palladium in January 2020.

Sharing a link to the story, Morgan tweeted: “Tip of the iceberg.. Walliams is one of the worst frauds on TV.”

The Guardian said it had seen the leaked text and Walliams, a judge on the show, called another contestant a “c***”.

The pensioner clashed with the group and as he left the stage Walliams, 51, is said to have used an expletive to refer to him three times.

He is said to have said of the woman trying: “She’s like that slightly boring girl you meet in a bar who thinks you want to flirt, but you don’t.”

“You think you want to f*** him, but you don’t,” he added.

The comments were picked up by microphone.

Children’s author Walliams apologized, saying: “I apologize to the people I spoke disrespectfully about during a break from filming. Britain’s Got Talent in 2020.

“These were private conversations and – like most conversations with friends – were not meant to be shared.

“Anyway, I’m sorry.”

The TV star is a judge on the show with Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon, who never made any offensive comments.

A spokesperson for Syco Entertainment, which co-produces Britain’s Got Talentyou have been told The Guardian that Cowell did not hear the alleged speeches.
