Rohtak: Residents Doctors Association (RDA) on Wednesday announced the withdrawal of their services from PGIMS Rohtak OPDA show of support from wards and constituencies OT Thursday MBBS Students protesting against the bond policy.
The association has threatened to withdraw all emergency services if the state government fails to give any positive response on the matter within 48 hours.
RDA has written to the director of the institute that MBBS students in Haryana have been peacefully protesting against the bond policy for the last three weeks but the state government has failed to give any satisfactory response to the students. Earlier, the RDA had given them ‘symbolic support’ in the form of a pen-down strike.
Meanwhile, MBBS students held a press conference here on Wednesday and said that they had a meeting with their delegation DMER PanchkulaWhere they were informed that the government wanted to recover the expenses incurred by them during the course in the form of bond policies.
The students said that during their meeting in Panchkula, they were told that the chief minister would take the final decision on the matter. The protesting students said, “We urge the Chief Minister to resolve the matter on priority basis.
