PETRONAS TVS Racing – India’s first factory racing team – ended the 2022 Indian National Supercross Championship in style, taking home the title with an impressive 80% race winning average to date. The final round of the championship was also won by India’s premier racing team, ‘PETRONAS TVS,’ who won four divisions.

Rugved Barguje won the Group A Foreign Open class up to 500 cc overall in the astride TR 300X championship, while veteran racer CD Jinan finished second.

Imran Pasha won Group C of the Indian Professionals up to 260 cc overall class, riding the TR 200X based on the RTR 200. Young and promising riders- Ikshan Shanbhag and Prajwal V also had a great competition in this round .

Banteilang Jyrwa won the Group C Starter up to 260 cc group title on his RTR 200-based TR 200X for the 2022 season.

Sachin D won the Local Bangalore riders class riding the RTR 200 based TR 200X.

PETRONAS TVS Racing pulled off an electric sweep in the final round. of 3 championship participation this year with top-notch and consistent performance in all 6 rounds this year, the team won 12 of the 13 podium (Top 3) positions available in the final round.
