HMD Global’s Nokia has announced the launch of its latest tablet. Nokia T21 in Indonesia. Launching next month, the T21 features a 10.36-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels and a peak brightness of 400 nits.
Under the hood, the T21 packs an octa-core UNISOC T612 SoC, paired with Mali-G57 graphics and an 8,200mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. In addition, the device has 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and 64 or 128GB storage options.
In terms of build quality, the T21 is made mostly of aluminum, with the exception of the antenna cover, which is 60 percent recycled plastic. It is also rated IP52 water and dust resistance for added durability.
As for the cameras, there is an 8MP camera on the back with autofocus and LED flash and an 8MP selfie camera on the front. Other notable specs include Android 12, a microSD card slot (up to 512GB support), and 2 years of Android updates, along with up to 3 years of monthly security updates.
In Indonesia, the T21 starts at IDR3,299,000 or ~RM961 and comes in a single gray color variant. HMD Global has yet to reveal whether the device will be launched in Malaysia.
