Tish broke Miley’s Instagram hiatus with a photo of the two snapping, and when we say snapping, we mean matching clothes, glasses and hair.
Wearing a contrasting blue and pink blouse (complete with matching Chanel bracelets), skinny black pants and plastic-yellow aviators, Tish looks more like Miley’s sister than her mom. .
