Lenovo launched its Legion Y70 flagship smartphone today, but it was just one new device in an avalanche of announcements. We’ve also seen the Lenovo Pad Pro (2022) tablet with the Kompanio 1300T chipset, as well as several cloud storage servers, wireless headphones, and even lifestyle options like a gaming chair and suitcase.
The new Pad Pro has an 11.2-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1536 pixels. It has a DCI-P3 gamut and a maximum brightness of 600 nits. It also comes with a screen refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 360Hz. The panel is HDR10+ and Dolby Vision certified.
The total weight of the tablet is 480 grams and it is only 6.8 mm thin. Lenovo has managed to pack an 8,200 mAh battery with 30W fast charging support, as well as four speakers in a two-by-two configuration on the top and bottom (right and left when held horizontally).
There is another 13MP camera on the back and another camera with an 8MP sensor on the front.
The interface is ZUI 14 and it is optimized for tablets with a taskbar. It can also act as a second monitor when attached to some monitors and Lenovo laptops. The Pad Pro (2022) supports a QWERTY keyboard with all known commands (Alt+Tab, Ctrl+C/V) and is also a stand.
It supports the separately sold Lenovo style. Other accessories include a case cover (without keyboard) and a special protector for the front panel.
