Required qualifications and experience
Senior Research Associate (Mediation & Dispute Resolution)
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in research and teaching.
Research Associate (Corporate Governance Public Policy)
• A qualified CA/CS/CMA with Master’s Degree or First Division (or equivalent grade) in Management, Economics, Finance, Law.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English.
• Demonstrated experience in content development and ability to independently develop concept notes; work plan; Background notes; minute power point presentation; Programme/Course Agenda etc
• Excellent IT skills including Excel and spreadsheets.
• Experience in organizing events, round tables, stakeholder consultations, conferences, seminars and training programs.
• Experience in involvement in capacity building programs including development of training modules.
• Prior experience working with a government agency, chamber of commerce or think tank is preferred.
