Kelly Ripa just proved that the performer is still alive in her. The 52-year-old news host posted a new photo on her Instagram account from her workout session with her trainer Anna Kaiser.

In the photo, Kelly flaunted her sculpted abs in a crop top paired with patterned leggings. She posted a video of her and Kaiser busting out a heart-pounding dance routine. “Preparing for the Olympics with @theannakaiser,” she captioned the post.

ICYDK, Kelly has been training with Anna for 12 years and they are still going strong.
