Vista is hiring an experienced assistant. Manager – Salary at their Gurgaon location. The candidate will be required to handle all aspects of company-wide payroll, including statutory portions (EPF, ESI, P Tax and IT) and ensure accurate and timely compliance with statutory obligations.

What you will do:

Manage all aspects of company-wide managing employee related general claims, advances, forex payments, CTC reimbursements and employee vendor reconciliations.

Responsible for preparing schedules, provisions and GL clearances.

Qualifications for this job:

Minimum 3-5 years

Employee Claims, Payroll Accounting Knowledge Experience in any industry

Graduation degree from recognized university.

What skills are required:

Manage end-to-end employee related general claims validation, processing, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement and accounting

Forex Payments – International Layover Allowances/Advances, Payments to Foreign Deputed Employees and GSA Invoice Processing

Preparation of various schedules, provisions and GL clearances related to employees and payroll

Statutory Payments – PF, ESI, P. Tax, LWF and Income Tax

Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Statutory Bonus, Long Term Incentive Payment

Employee Medical Insurance (Medical, GPA, PA)

Reconciliation of Payables

Payroll and employee related GL clearing and reconciliation with schedules/provisions

Employee Vendor Reconciliation (advances and arrears)

Conducting internal and external audits of processes and systems

Responsible for ensuring that all employee related policies, structures and processes are effectively implemented

Resolve employee queries

Responsible for year end activities including income tax proof collection, data cleansing, Form 16 issuance

Coordinate effectively with the Treasury team for all employees and advance confirmation of payroll transactions for proper accounting.
