Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri today announced some new features coming to the social network, including a revamped website. Instagram is launching a new Instagram.com design, because many users are taking advantage of Instagram online for many purposes.

The updated design is said to be lighter, faster and easier to use, with a layout designed to be used on larger screen monitors. Mosseri said that Instagram aims to make the website “the best possible experience.”

Instagram announced today the addition of customized ads, a feature aimed at creators but available to all users. With the new option, Instagram users can schedule an ad up to 75 days in advance.

Instagram can be downloaded from the App Store for free or accessed online via Instagram.com.
