She wanted to kill her husband so she could get his property, marry her lover: the police

Gurugram:

A woman was arrested in Gurugram on Monday for her alleged involvement in the murder of her husband in connivance with her boyfriend, police said.

Dharmesh, 42, a property businessman, was allegedly shot dead by a Mohammedan on October 29 in an under-construction building.

According to police, Mohammadin, who was arrested on Sunday, was hired to kill his wife, Neetu Dharmesh, who wanted to grab his property.

According to the police, Neetu conspired with her boyfriend Bablu Khan to kill her husband and confessed to marrying Khan after his death.

Bablu Khan is still absconding, and operations are on to nab him, police said.

Neetu and Mohammadin, residents of Uttar Pradesh’s Sambal, have been remanded in police remand for one day and three days respectively, they said.

During interrogation, Neetu said that before killing her husband, she had given 650 grams of gold to Bablu Khan to keep with him.

She wanted to kill her husband so that she could get his property, marry Khan and live off the money, police said.

Meanwhile, Khan also started building his new house in his village to live with Neetu after her marriage.

Neetu and Dharmesh were married for 20 years and have two children, Preet Pal Singh Sangwan, ACP, Crime, said.

Sangwan said that Neetu came in contact with Khan through one of their maids.

“During interrogation, the accused revealed that a maid used to work in their house. She suspected that her husband was having an affair, so she fired her.

“Another maid was hired about six months ago. That maid got in touch with Bablu Khan and through her Neetu befriended Bablu Khan, a resident of Sambal, Uttar Pradesh. After that they both started talking and fell in love,” he said. .

According to the police, Neetu had informed Khan that her husband would sleep in an under-construction building in Sector 22 on the night of October 29.

“According to reports, Bablu Khan shot dead the property dealer who reached the building along with his friend Mohammaddin.

“Bablu Khan removed the SIM from his phone and Mohammadin’s phone and also removed the number plate of his Swift car,” Sangwan added.
