Girls Generation leader Taeyeon shared a secret Instagram post on Sunday that has fans worried.

The post featured several images – some of which included a dog drawing, a sun and candy – but one image contained a handwritten note that read: “Even when I’m not around, the world keeps changing.”

Taeyeon’s post comes just hours after she won for Best Female Artist at the 2022 Genie Music Awards.

Netizens were shocked by the post, and many wrote supportive comments in response.
