Drake has proven to be a master of attention, even through the entire fake promotional album cycle with 21 Savage, and including controversial comments in his tracks. He’s also stirring up news today, this time starting a beef with Swifties.
The rapper posted an Instagram story about the Billboard Hot 100 chart, where it broke Taylor Swift’s record for all songs in the top 10 with 21. However, the His Loss Tracks came in, and Swift kept her number one hit with “Anti-Hero.” Then Drake posted a picture of the chart to his Instagram story and handled the situation by covering Swift a little with emojis, thus infuriating Swifties.
All hell broke loose. Of course. One viral tweet read: “Drake playing someone who hasn’t lost a fight and I’ll send it like Taylor ain’t gonna shut you up. #taylorswift.”
