Fans did not hold back their opinion about a photo posted by Cynthia Bailey for writing that it is not good enough to send a loyal fan to her through social media.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum, 55, received mixed reviews for the portrait — done in pencil on plain paper, which is smaller than life-size.
The fan to celebrate some of Bailey’s features, including his long hair, thick curls and twinkle.
Bailey explained in her Instagram post that one of her “biggest and most supportive readers” asked her to write and “Of course” she was “honored” and said “Yes” right away .
“Well…not what I expected but I really love this drawing myself,” Bailey continued in the caption. “Love and consideration are the most important. I appreciate art. 🎨”
The Bravolebrity emphasized that regardless of the quality of the writing, his followers should always give the account @everythingrhoa “love.”
“He didn’t think I would like it. thank you queen! love you!!!🤔🧐🤣😘,” Bailey said and added #ArtBasel, referring to the major art exhibition of the world.
Bailey’s post went viral and fans appreciated her for sharing the piece while others saw the caption as “backwards”.
“It’s like saying thank you back…’it’s not what you expected’…’it’s the thought that counts’. If you say you appreciate it, you mean it,” one user commented under the post.
“If you want to release this to support an artist you can’t get behind it with your label,” argued another.
“Well, how old is the fan… then I can expand my ideas. 😂😂😂,” wrote one user of the artist.
“Because I’m an artist, this post is inspiring because Cynthia Bailey knows and appreciates the work of an artist. I’m just saddened by the way some people hate art, and leave justice to art. It’s not hard to be kind. Anyway, love this! 💗,” said one supportive fan.

Bailey continues to defend his post and says he plans to create original artwork.
“all love & him [the artist] it’s really funny. Of course I love the picture, that’s all [that] very important. I was happy to post it to lift her up & have little fun doing so!❤️#muchrespect,” Bailey replied to one person in the comments.
The fan is also standing by their actions and seems to be happy with Bailey’s announcement. They also shared it on their Instagram stories, writing, “Thank you @cynthiabailey. Love you xx.”
They also said they have plans to sign “RHOA” cast members Drew Sidora, Shereé Whitfield, Kandi Burruss and more.
