MLB shortstop Dansby Swanson, now a free agent, is having the time of his life with his beloved wife. The clues are his social media photos, which he posted on Instagram. Swanson posted some photos featuring his fiance Mallory Pugh, the Chicago Red Stars forward.
In the first picture, the couple posed for an adorable picture on a yacht while Swanson was seen having fun with friends and family.

Swanson won the World Series in 2021 as a shortstop for the Atlanta Braves. Shortly after winning, he proposed to his girlfriend Pugh.

Swanson knelt in front of the banquet hall, where Pugh, a member of the USWNT that won the 2019 FIFA World Cup, was greeted with a giant balloon arch.

The couple flew to Miami on a private plane with friends after Swanson proposed.
The Arizona Diamondbacks selected Swanson in the first round of the 2015 MLB draft. Due to injury, he missed most of his first season.
Swanson made his MLB debut in August 2016 for the Atlanta Braves. He was the only rookie from Atlanta selected to the Braves’ 2017 Opening Day roster. However, due to his offensive performance and struggles, he was demoted to Triple-A in July.
Dansby Swanson’s 2018 campaign was delayed by hand and wrist injuries, and his ankle injury forced him to miss a month of the 2019 campaign.
A healthy Swanson entered 2020, hitting .274 and tied for third in the MLB with 49 runs scored. He then led the Braves to their first World Series win since 1995 in 2021.
Pugh is an American soccer player for the Chicago Red Devils of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL).
She holds the record for most assists in USWNT history before the age of 20. Pugh became the youngest player in USWNT history to be selected and participate in an Olympic qualifying tournament in January 2016 at the age of 17.
