Fans have expressed outrage over Kim Kardashian’s latest Instagram post, which features pictures of her house.
The 42-year-old reality star took to Instagram on Tuesday to share photos of her home decorating. Some of the images in the post include a white ceramic mug, with an assortment of skin care products from her brand, Skkn by Kim, on a granite counter in the bathroom, and a gray chair on on the floor.
Kardashian also shared a photo of the bedroom, which features a bed with light pink sheets on it and a gray background.
Also included in the poster is a photo of a living room, with white walls, chairs, and a bed. A wooden coffee table was placed in the middle of the room on a gray carpet. The final image of his post shows a yard surrounded by large green trees and a basketball court.
Kardashian praised her place in the caption, writing: “Things at home make me happy.”
In the comments, many fans were critical of Kardashian and her home, with some saying it was not a very welcoming place.
“Your home looks so cold,” wrote one, while another said: “That’s a dark house.”
A third person said: “All I see is a mass of nothingness. Everything is very small and without people or life.
Others expressed their feelings if they were in the house.
“Honestly, these things make me sad,” said one man.
Outside of the commentators, others took to the news to accuse the star of ignoring Balenciaga’s latest scandal. The fashion house, for which Kardashian has been a long-time ambassador, has found herself in controversy over two campaigns.
A new ad for the designer’s gifting campaign featured children posing with the brand’s teddy bear bags, wearing BDSM and bondage-inspired accessories. The second ad, for Balenciaga’s Spring 2023 campaign, used the publication of the Supreme Court’s decision regarding child pornography as a decorative element.
“Distraction and disdain at it’s best!” One Instagram user wrote, while another said: “Random photo … we have nothing to worry about this time Kim!”
A third said: “Just a test post to see how people react to it #cancelbalenciaga#cancelkimkardashian”
On Sunday, Kardashian spoke about the teddy bear war and revealed that she is “rethinking” her relationship with Balenciaga.
“For my future with Balenciaga, I’m reevaluating my relationship with the brand, based on their willingness to accept responsibility for something that hasn’t happened in the beginning – and the work that I hope they do it. Protect the children,” he wrote on social media.
His comments came before Baleneciaga issued a statement about the fallout from his campaigns, writing: “We strongly oppose child abuse; we never tried to include it in our stories. The two separate advertising campaigns in question show a series of serious mistakes carried by Balenciaga.
