Chandigarh: Six accused arrested Noah District, Haryana Police has busted an inter-state gang ATM Theft and other loot. Police recovered four country-made pistols, four cartridges, an ATM cutter machine, fog spray and several other equipment from them.
A Haryana police official said the gang was active in ATM thefts in Maharashtra, Assam and Gujarat. Around 11 cases of highway robbery in Noida, Ghaziabad, Rewari, Gurgaon and Nuh were also cracked along with their arrests. Police in many states were looking for this gang for a long time.
All of them were arrested based on secret information. The arrested accused are the ringleader Sajid alias Kala, Ahib, Yusuf, Majid, Wasim and Sajid. Kingpin Sajid alias Kala, who entered the crime world 11 years ago, faced two dozen criminal cases. He is absconding in about 15 cases registered in Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Delhi. Tnn
