Background: On November 3, pro-Russian activists hacked the Instagram account of Valerii Zaluzhnyi, the Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
A post appeared on Valerii Zaluzhnyi’s official Instagram page claiming that hackers had joined the DELTA military control program used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Fans changed the photo of the Army Chief and posted links on their social media.
