In Chennai, it is trading at Rs 49,360.
Looking at 24-carat gold rates, 10 grams is being bought at Rs 52,970 in Kolkata and Mumbai. The same quantity of 24-carat purity is being bought for Rs 53,850 in Chennai and Rs 53,130 in the national capital.
In Bengaluru and Hyderabad, 10 grams of 22-carat gold is fetching Rs 48,600 and Rs 48,550 respectively. The same amount of 24-carat purity is selling for Rs 53,020 in Bangalore and Rs 52,970 in Hyderabad.
